This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store and is designed to comply with UK legislation, EU consumer regulations for international shipments, and GDPR requirements for the handling of customer data.


1. Processing Times

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Within the United Kingdom

 

 

 

We ship from England to all UK addresses.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or factors outside our control.

 


3. International Shipping (EU & Worldwide)

 

 

 

We offer international shipping to the EU and selected countries worldwide.

  • Delivery times vary by destination. EU orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, though customs delays may occur.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

  • International customers (including EU countries) are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or handling charges imposed by their local authority.
  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.


Returned Packages Due to Customs Non-Payment

 

If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs duties, taxes, or failed to clear the item with customs:

  • The order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
  • Additional return fees charged by the carrier may also be deducted.
  • Open or damaged packages returned by customs cannot be refunded.

We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.

 


4. Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number where available. Tracking details will be provided via email once the order has shipped.

 


5. Delivery Issues

 

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • We will assist in filing claims with the carrier and determining the best resolution.


6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

 

 

No Returns on Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety regulations for cosmetic products:

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used hair oil products.
    This is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed.

Unopened Returns

 

 

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided:

  • Products are unused, sealed, and in original condition.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

 

 

If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
